6. Payment Methods & Billing Information

You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and delivery information. We are not liable for delays, misdeliveries, or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete billing/delivery details.

If an order is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address provided by you, you may be responsible for any additional shipping fees to re-ship or return the package.
7. Shipping, Delivery & International Orders

Delivery estimates depend on product availability and supplier location. Typical UK delivery ranges from 1-7 working days; international shipping may take longer (3–21 working days).

Import Duties & Taxes: For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may be due upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

7.4 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the courier, liability passes to you. If a package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local courier or email our customer service.
8. Order Cancellations & Modifications
8.1 Once an order is placed and payment is authorised, it is considered final. We cannot guarantee cancellation or modification. If you need to cancel or modify an order, you must contact us immediately at prestigelockercustomerservice@outlook.com. We will attempt to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been dispatched, but this is at our sole discretion.
8.2 If an order is eligible for cancellation and is cancelled prior to shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
