To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at prestigelockercustomerservice@outlook.com and we will give you all the steps on how to return if you are unsure or have any questions. Please note that the sender (customer who is returning) is responsible for the return, the delivery cost and to make sure it arrives back with us in its original state (we advise sending special tracked delivery).

All orders are packaged using our standard dispatch process, which includes placing items in their retail box and then into an external shipping box.
