  • Full name on order
  • Instagram username / phone number
  • Reason for return
  • Exchange or credit note

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at prestigelocker@outlook.com and we will give you all the steps on how to return if you are unsure or have any questions. Please note that the sender (customer who is returning) is responsible for the return, the delivery cost and to make sure it arrives back with us in its original state (we advise sending special tracked delivery).

We CANNOT accept returns on electronics, used, damaged or sale items!
