Return Policy

We really hope you enjoy your purchase. If you want to return something you bought from us, we'll gladly handle a credit note or an exchange as long as it's in resalable condition. Returns must be made in resalable condition (within 14 days) and in the original, undamaged packing. We have the right to refuse to execute a Credit Note or an Exchange on an item if we discover that it has not been returned to us in completely resalable condition.

The cost for the return packageĀ is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable. Customers must pay postage for the new item if an exchange is chosen.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We are not liable for any returns that are lost in the mail on their way back to us. We strongly advise you to use a tracking service so you can follow the progress of your return. We are not responsible for any shipments that are lost before they reach us. If your package is missing in transit, you must file a claim with your postal service provider.

We typically process returns within 7 business days of receiving them. During busy times, however, this may take longer. We'll send you an email once your returns have been processed.
